Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is in Maryland 21162, We ship out all our orders from there.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping to the US and territories.

What is the Standard Shipping/Dispatch Time?
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 Hours.

What is the Standard Delivery Time?
Delivery time depends on the shipping mode chosen at the time of ordering. We have Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, Ground-2 Days and Overnight.

Can i change the Shipping Address after placing the order?
The shipping address can be changed as long as the request is made within 24 hours, as our dispatch time is 24-48 Hours. Once dispatched, the address can not be changed. This is a shipping limitation, we request you to please double check address and contact details before placing the order.

Can i cancel the order after it has been shipped?
The order can be cancelled, once we get intimation from you regarding cancellation, we will inform our shipping partners of the same. Once the shipment is returned to us, Paid Amount-Shipping Charge shall be refunded in the original source account. 

What is your Return Policy?
Return and Refund is valid if you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been delivered to you, should any of these be the case, we will offer a refund. 

When do i have to request for a refund/return?
The refund and return request can be made within 15 days of delivery.. If it is a request regarding return of a medical device being dead on arrival or broken or damaged, please ensure that you initiate the request within 72 hours. 

In what event will a return/refund be not valid?
If the return reason does not fall under the cases specified for valid return and refund request or if the request is not made in the stipulated time, a refund request will not be accepted. 

Are the products FDA approved and safe to use?
All our medical essential products are FDA approved and have all the required certifications. You can safely use these. 

How Accurate are the results from Infrared Thermometers and Pulse Oximeter?
These devices are built to have an accuracy of 0.4%, this means you will be getting highly accurate and precise results. 

Are the products packaged in a well Sanitized Environment?
Keeping in view the health concern that has plagued the world, we are taking all steps necessary to ensure complete safety and hygiene at work place. Our office and warehouse is regularly sanitized. Our employees have all been tested and we ensure that operations are carried out with minimal contact. We are also aiming at contact less delivery to help eliminate even the slightest of risk. We want you to be safe and healthy, that is the prime purpose of this website and the product it offers.

 

If i receive a damaged/defective unit, can i get a replacement?
Yes, we offer 15 days replacement/return. You can initiate a replacement request within 15 days from delivery if you see a performance failure or accuracy/precision issue. If there is a defect,damage or if the device is delivered broken, please initiate the replacement request within 72 Hours from delivery. 

Can i buy a different product in replacement from the one originally ordered?
Yes, you can choose to get a product in replacement that is different than the one originally ordered. The product value has to be equal to or greater than the original order amount. 

I chose a wrong product while ordering, can i get a replacement?
Yes, once delivered, you simply need to email us or call us, we will initiate a replacement request, you need to inform our team of the product you want in replacement of the one delivered. In this case, you will have to bear the delivery shipping charge and ship the parcel initially received at the return address provided by the replacement team. 

Can i bulk order?
Yes, you can place a bulk order. To place a bulk order, you can choose multiple quantity of the same product on the website and make your purchase,. Alternatively, you can contact us over email or call, our support team will help you with ordering for the desired quantity. 

Can i have multiple shipping addresses for an order?
Yes, you can have multiple shipping address for an order, however, to get an order dispatched to multiple addresses, please contact our team, the orders will be manually processed by our team.
